If you have ordered through our Amazon or eBay shops, the quickest way for us to help is by sending us a message via your Amazon or eBay online account.
If you change your mind or have ordered by mistake, non-faulty items may be returned in a new, unused condition in the original packaging within seven days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please note that returns by post are at your own cost and risk.
Faulty Items/ Received in Error
In the event of an error on our part, or faulty goods, we will bear the full cost of returns. Please contact us first and we can advise best on how to return the item to us.
If we need to replace any packaging, a restocking fee may apply which will be no more than 10% of the original product cost.
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
